Hotel Les Jumeaux Courmayeur, Courmayeur

The hotel is amazing, just a minute's walk from the ski lift, making it super convenient for skiing. The rooms are decently sized, pleasantly furnished, and include well-sized bathrooms. The service is outstanding, with staff going above and beyond to assist guests. However, the dining experience could be improved with fresher options. The location is fantastic, right next to the main ski lift, and the facilities offer everything needed for a comfortable stay.

I couldn't have asked for a better spot! The hotel is conveniently located near the main gondola and town area, making it ideal for a holiday stay. The room was not just comfortable but also had nice extras like a fridge with complimentary water and coffee facilities. The only downside was the basic room quality.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were a bit disappointing as they were very dirty and had an awful smell, so we had to move. Nevertheless, the separated rooms I stayed in were lovely, with a balcony offering stunning views of the mountains. Dealing with the hotel receptionist at check-in was a negative experience due to her unpleasant and rude behavior, including a mistake in charging the room.

The service was lacking basic manners initially but eventually became very patient and friendly.
