I couldn't have asked for a better spot! The hotel is conveniently located near the main gondola and town area, making it ideal for a holiday stay. My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were a bit disappointing as they were very dirty and had an awful smell, so we had to move. Nevertheless, the separated rooms I stayed in were lovely, with a balcony offering stunning views of the mountains. Dealing with the hotel receptionist at check-in was a negative experience due to her unpleasant and rude behavior, including a mistake in charging the room.
